吴自俊,博士生导师。2019年博士毕业于清华大学bm11222宝马娱乐网站,随后加入加拿大渥太华大学化学与分子生物科学系开展博士后研究。2024年2月加入bm11222宝马娱乐网站(广州)。吴自俊博士研究方向为自由基化学与化学生物学,研究兴趣包括解析生物大分子的自由基过氧化反应机理以及它们对机体的调控机制、研究抗氧化防御策略、开发高效的分子构建工具用于获取具有抗氧化防御功能的化合物。主要科学贡献包括:揭示了FSP1/维生素K、过硫化氢、胆固醇等内源性防御体系调控铁死亡及其作用机制;开展了有机硼、吩噁嗪和酚噻嗪类等小分子抗氧化剂的研究,并通过结构构效关系研究揭示了它们在调控铁死亡上的应用;提出了自由基二硫化合成策略,并通过该策略制备了一系列具有潜在抑制铁死亡活性的二硫化物。目前已在NatureNature Reviews ChemistryJournal of the American Chemical SocietyAngewandte Chemie International EditionCurrent Opinion in Chemical BiologyACS CatalysisACS Chemical Biology等期刊发表论文共22篇, 1篇研究文章入选高被引用论文,4篇研究文章先后被Nature Nature Chemical BiologyMolecular CellCell Chemical BiologySynformOrganic Chemistry Portal等国际顶尖专业期刊和平台以“News and views”、“Spotlight”等形式多次评论、报道。
