简介

顾琼,博士,教授,博士生导师。中科院昆明植物研究所博士,美国北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校访问学者。研究方向为基于天然产物的创新药物研究。从中药中寻找具有抑制铁死亡、抗骨质疏松和抗肿瘤活性天然产物,对活性分子进行靶标鉴定和成药性优化,发现药物先导物。以第一或通讯作者,在本领域Nat Comm, ACS Cent Sci, Mol Ther, J Med Chem, Org Lett, J Nat ProdPhytomedicine等经典期刊发表文章80余篇,申请专利70项,授权专利43项,转让16项。主持1项科技部863计划和3项国家自然科学基金和其他多项省市基金。
