报告人简介：

胡明教授，美籍华人，系美国休斯顿大学bm11222宝马娱乐网站教授。胡明教授主要研究方向是黄酮类化合物的吸收与代谢研究及基于吸收与代谢的药物防治肿瘤机制研究。其主要学术任职有美国药剂学学会常务理事Molecular Pharmaceutics 和Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine杂志编委。胡教授著有Coupling of Conjugating Enzymes and Efflux Transporters: Impact on Bioavailability and Drug Interaction；Natural Polyphenol Disposition via Coupled Metabolic Pathways；Oral Bioavailability: Basic Principles, Advanced Concepts and Applications等20多部专著，发表了90余篇SCI论文。曾获得Rho Chi, A Pharmacy Honor Society等诸多奖项；作为项目负责人目前主要在研课题有：

1.    NIH 2R01GM070737-0310 National Institute of General Medicine.  Disposition of Flavonoids via Metabolic Interplay (competitive renewal). 8/01/09-7/31/13. PI: Ming Hu. The direct cost (all to Hu) is $175,000 ($262,500 total cost) per year for 4 years.
