Introduction of the speaker:
Qin Ji got his Bachelor degree from Sun Yat-Sen University in 1989, and his Master and PhD degree from the University of Utah. He did research works on pharmaceutics in the Pfizer Inc. after he got his PhD degree, and moved to Novartis Pharmaceutical Corp. in 2000. He is now an associate director (senior fellow) at analytical science and technology, Novartis Pharmaceutical Corp.

Xue-Feng Mei got his Bachelor degree from Xiamen University in 1998, and his Mater degree fromInstitute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing. He moved to Novartis Pharmaceutical Co. as a Sr. Scientist after he got his PhD degree from Georgetown University in 2006. He moved to Shanghai Institute of Material Medical CAS as a professor and “100 talent” in 2010. He is now the director, of Pharmaceutical Analytical & Solid-State Chemistry Research Center, Shanghai Institute of Material Medical CAS.
