Introduction to the speaker:
Prof. Zhang, PhD. Received his master degree in Imageing and Nuclear Medicine at the Sun Yat-sen University. Since 2001, he engaged in the postdoctoral work in Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. In 2009, he moved to Columbia University Cancer Center to continue his research and received his Ph.D. degree in 2010. In April 2013, Prof. Zhang was recruited as One- hundred -talents Scheme Scientist led by Sun Yat-sen University. After retuning to Cancer center, he organized molecular imaging and oncology laboratory. At present, he mainly engaged in tumor molecular medicine and medical image cross disciplines--the basis of tumor molecular imaging, and clinical research. He has published several research papers in Nature Genetics, Carcinogenesis and Oncotarget and other peer-reviewed journals.
